About Continuo consulting
Experience that works alongside your people
Ronald Schuermans combines more than 35 years of operations and supply chain experience with a practical approach to improvement and leadership.
Strategic insight grounded in practical experience
Ronald Schuermans is the founder and your direct counterpart at Continuo Consulting. He has built more than 35 years of experience in operations, supply chain and general management, in employed and independent roles. Responsibility at plant, executive and COO level taught him both the strategic choices and their consequences on the shop floor.
He has also worked independently since 2012. His approach is practical: understand the situation, substantiate decisions and implement them with the organisation. Respect for people, ethical conduct and involvement guide that partnership. When a question needs additional expertise, Ronald can involve his professional network in a targeted way. Each person’s contribution and responsibility are clearly agreed beforehand.

Experience of decisions and their consequences
Ronald knows operations from roles in which daily activity had to continue while change was also necessary. His experience at plant, director and COO level brings several perspectives together: feasibility on the shop floor, coordination between departments and decisions at the leadership table.
The career examples in automotive and FMCG explain which responsibility he held and in what context. That background matters because advice becomes meaningful when people can work with it. It does not replace the investigation of your situation. Every organisation has its own history, possibilities and ways of working together.
A career taking responsibility for change.
Plant leadership and integration
As Factory Manager and interim manager, Ronald took responsibility for production, teams and continuity during integration. The combination of daily leadership and process improvement forms an important foundation of his approach.
International improvement programmes
In international Lean and operational roles, he developed a shared improvement framework for several factories. Knowledge sharing, coaching and follow-up connected the common direction with local practice.
Executive and group-wide operations
Through COO and executive responsibility, Ronald connected strategy, footprint, organisational development and operational performance. That experience helps test business-level choices against what the organisation can actually implement.

Progress the team can continue
We believe a result becomes stronger when the organisation understands how it was achieved. We therefore pay attention to sharing knowledge, coaching leaders and keeping agreements straightforward. Improvement needs to fit the real working rhythm so that it remains useful under pressure.
This requires effort on both sides. We need room to ask further questions, discuss difficult subjects and test assumptions. We expect involvement from your organisation and a willingness to change habits when necessary. We do not promise a standard solution in advance. We do make clear what we are working on, how progress is discussed and what the next step requires.
What we stand for.
Our mission
Continuo Consulting helps organisations turn their operational strategy into concrete results by structurally optimising and streamlining processes.
Our vision
To be the trusted partner helping companies, from SMEs to multinationals, become high-performing organisations where efficiency and operational excellence are the everyday standard for success.

Close to the people who know the work
We start with the people who experience the process every day. Their observations help explain why work runs into friction or why an earlier improvement did not last. We combine that insight with data and the direction the organisation wants to take.
Ronald works with you as your direct contact. The word “we” represents Continuo consulting; behind the business is an identifiable person whose role is agreed with you. You know whom you work with, which responsibility sits with Ronald and which decisions your organisation needs to make. If a question calls for additional expertise, we identify that need.
Working together takes commitment on both sides.
What you can expect from us
You can expect a direct, involved partner who asks questions, contributes to the work and shares knowledge. We ask for openness, time from the people involved and a willingness to make decisions. A standard recipe or results without the organisation’s involvement are outside our approach.
What we ask of your organisation
Openness about the situation. Share the challenges, ambitions and what is not working well. A clear picture emerges when we can test assumptions and discuss difficult subjects together.
Time and involvement. Give the people who know the work room to contribute, practise and follow up on agreements.
Willingness to make decisions. Improvement sometimes means changing established habits. Together, we clarify which decisions are needed and who takes responsibility for moving them forward.
Does this way of working fit your organisation?
We enjoy working with people who want to improve their organisation and are open to an honest discussion about the causes. The starting point may be cost pressure, a changing structure or the ambition to grow on firmer foundations. An introductory conversation helps assess whether our experience fits and whether there is enough room to make progress together.
